Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 8, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on November 1, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 2012.

The defendant became aware of personal information, such as resident registration numbers, while mediating the issuance of a new card under the victim B, while connecting the card designer with the person to whom the card was issued.

The Defendant, as such, obtained a credit card in the name of the victim with the knowledge of the victim’s resident registration number, and sentenced the Defendant to use it for the necessary purpose.

1. Around March 2011, the Defendant forged private document: (a) entered “B” and “D” in the name column of a member registration card in the name column of a member registration card at the Defendant’s residence of Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City C 101; and (b) signed “B” next to B’s name.

As a result, the Defendant forged the application form for membership of a card in the name of B, a private document on rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), issued the card designer as if he were the document duly formed with the application form for a membership card, which was forged as above, to the card designer who was unaware of such forgery.

3. On April 10, 201, around 21:56, the Defendant stolen the cash owned by a new bank by withdrawing KRW 2,750,000,00 on seven occasions, as indicated in attached Table No. 1, until May 26, 2011, by inserting the credit card in the name of B, which was forged and issued in the form of paragraph (1), and inputting the password, in the cash automatic machines installed at the salary point of the new bank, in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, as in paragraph (1).

4. The Defendant, on April 9, 201, expressed his/her intent or ability to pay the price, even if using a credit card in the “F” located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City E.
