1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 22, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daejeon District Court on May 2, 2009, and a fine of 1.5 million won for the same crime at the same court on January 9, 2012.

On August 4, 2014, at around 21:50, the Defendant driven a B car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.077% with 25m alcohol content from the front way of a forest apartment in the same Gu and the front way of a forest apartment in the Dong-dong, Daejeon.
