A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall photograph ballot papers in the polling stations;

Nevertheless, on June 8, 2018, the Defendant put a mark on 7 simultaneous local elections D at the advance polling station established on the 2nd floor of the D-Myeon Office located in the G-do Office in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do on 07:00 on June 8, 2018, and taken two copies of the above ballot papers using the telephone camera owned by the Defendant, while voting at the advance polling station.

As a result, the Defendant taken the ballot papers in the polling stations.

2. No elector who has opened the ballot paper to the public shall disclose the ballot paper on which he has entered;

Nevertheless, around 07:45 on June 8, 2018, the Defendant posted a copy of a photograph of the voting paper taken by 14 members of the Defendant in the Kakao Stockholm Group Stockholm, where 14 members of the Defendant’s friendship participate, by accessing the Internet to the Defendant’s portable telephone room in the F bathhouse E located in the Gluribuk-gun, 2018.

In this respect, the defendant disclosed his voting papers to the public, thereby infringing on the secrecy of voting.

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Reasons for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act;

1. The scope of punishment by law: Fine not exceeding nine million won;

2. Determination of sentence: The defendant, who is a fine of five hundred thousand won, shall photograph his ballot papers on which he puts in the balloting booth, and shall make a photograph thereof; and
