A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

2,351,50 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On July 11, 2014, around 18:00, the Defendant remitted KRW 900,000 to the account of H community credit cooperatives in front of the F convenience store located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul under the name of psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs, and purchased a disposable injection from G with approximately 0.3g of phiphonephones;

(b) Medication, around 19:00 on the same day, in a way that the Defendant’s arms are injected using a disposable injection device after dilution approximately 0.1g of clopon into the copon in the mutual influor bank near the cemetery located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 24-12;

(c) 22:00 on the 15th day of the same month, in the manner of injecting approximately 0.2 gramopon into the Defendant’s arms after dilution of approximately 0.2 gramopon in the mutual incompreted telephone near the J hotel located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I into water;

(d)on the 29th day of the same month, at around 17:00, remitted KRW 1,150,000 to the bank account in the name of K known by G from the G to the bank account in the name of K located in the vicinity of the pharmaceutical zone located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, 115,00, and purchase phiphonephones with approximately 0.3g of phiphonephones;

(e) Medication, at 20:00 on the same day, by means of injection with the Defendant’s arms using a disposable injection device after dilution approximately 0.1g of clophones from the J hotel’s mutual incompanionur near Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I;

(f) 21:00 on the 30th day of the same month, in the manner of injecting approximately 0.1gopon into the Defendant’s arms after dilution of approximately 0.1gopon into the copon in the mutual influor near the J hotel located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I;

(g)on the 31th 21:00 of the same month, administering in a way of injecting approximately 0.1gopon into the Defendant’s arms after dilution of approximately 0.1g of copon into the copon in the mutual unfoldel near the J hotel located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government;

(h) At around 14:00 on November 28, 201 of the same year, it is located underground 338, a Dobong-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
