A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

In order to raise living expenses, the Defendant, “2016 Go-man 1863, the Defendant, by intentionally fluoring on a motor vehicle driven by Nit women, tried to acquire money under the pretext of agreement by pretending to have suffered a traffic accident by intentionally bluoring on a motor vehicle.

On January 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) viewed that the vehicle volume of C New SM5 (Age 48) driven by C (Age 48) passes through one-way road of the master church located in the name line of the window at Changwon-si, Changwon-si on January 29, 2016, the Defendant intentionally shocked his left hand on the white part of the said vehicle; and (b) led to the Defendant’s intentional shock.

In addition, B had B receive insurance coverage.

However, in fact, the defendant was intentionally faced with losses on a car driven by B, and the traffic accident was not caused by the negligence of B, and there was no fact that the defendant was involved in the accident.

On February 1, 2016, the Defendant received 350,000 won from the injured party under the pretext of agreement.

The Defendant, including that, received from February 3, 2015 to May 26, 2016 the total amount of KRW 5,228,200 from the victims over 13 times, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims to receive property.

On July 17, 2016, the Defendant drafted a false report on damage to D with a view to having D criminal punishment, at the Changwon Police Station located at the top of the 177 west of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and at the Changwon Police Station, with a view to having D criminal punishment.

The report on the damage was a content that "a high school ship D, on July 9, 2016, abused himself from the F located on the 1st floor of Seongbuk-gu E shopping district, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, Sungwon-si, and thus punished."

However, in fact, when the defendant did not receive violence against D at the time, and received a demand for payment of debt from D, he made a false report.

Nevertheless, the defendant filed a false report with Gmanman belonging to the police station of the above Changwon on the same day.
