A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, at the Changwon District Court on January 14, 2008, has the record of receiving a summary order of KRW 500,000,000 as a fine for the violation of the Road Traffic Act; the summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine for the same crime in the same court on August 4, 2008; the summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine in the same court on August 16, 201; and the summary order of KRW 6 million as a fine in the same court on March 30, 2015.

1. On January 7, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (i.e., taking measures to avoid accidents) around 20:40 on the roads front of the Kimhae-si, while driving a Clater car on the roads front of the B apartment in front of the B apartment, and driving from D elementary school to Ehigh School protection area, the part of the F driver’s G bus behind the G bus in front of the traffic signal in the front bank was received as the part of the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle in front of the car, and did not take necessary measures, such as making a stop immediately after destroying KRW 93,570 of the repair cost, such as a coloring, and providing human information.

2. Despite the fact that the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) more than twice, the Defendant was driving a C-do motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.132% in a section of about 500 meters from the date and time set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, after passing through the places set forth in paragraphs (1) through (3) of this Article, from the front of the I apartment in Kimhae-si to the J apartment in the J apartment in the Kimhae-
