1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 25,500,000 and the Defendants B from November 30, 2014 to September 7, 2015.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal enter into force on September 25, 2015, the statutory interest rate shall be amended and promulgated on October 1, 2015, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum with respect to the period from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment among the claims for damages for delay in this case shall be recognized and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
