1. Basic facts

A. As to the land listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 (hereinafter “I land of this case”), the registration of ownership transfer was completed on May 13, 1954 on the part of the defendant, his father, and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on March 24, 2014 on the part of the defendant on April 20, 1970.

On the other hand, as of August 1, 2014, there are two houses and penta building (hereinafter “instant penta building”) among wooden tanks and reinforced concrete tanks as of August 1, 2014. As of the instant J land, the instant penta building was newly constructed around 2003 by P. As to the registration of preservation of ownership in the name of P on August 18, 2004, the registration of ownership in the name of R on March 13, 2012, and the registration of ownership transfer in the name of H on March 17, 2014, respectively.

On January 22, 2009, the Plaintiff submitted a business application plan to the Yangyang-gun Agricultural Technology Center to the effect that the instant I land will be created as a apology, and from the Yangyang-gun Agricultural Technology Center.
