1. The Plaintiff, Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant C, KRW 180,298, Defendant D, KRW 302,245, Defendant E, KRW 880,777, and Defendant F.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On May 1, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into a facility management contract with M& Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant facility management contract”) with respect to the instant commercial building (including a commercial building with a four-story, a single-story, and a 31 unit of underground floor; hereinafter “instant commercial building”) for a one-year contract period between M& Co., Ltd., the operator of the said commercial building and managed the instant commercial building from around that time.

The Defendants were the persons who were the sectional owners or lessees of the store in the instant commercial building at the time, and the specific contents are as listed below.

C. From August 2013, the Plaintiff began to delay the payment of the electric utility fee of the instant commercial building from around August 2013, and there was a dispute between the Plaintiff and the occupant on the details of imposition of the management fee.
Accordingly, some shop occupants, including the Defendants, did not pay management fees to the Plaintiff, or did not pay them in arrears.
From January 2, 2014, the spouse AA of Defendant J began to receive management expenses from some occupants in the bank account (one bank account No. AB) and the bank account in his own name (one bank account No. AC). From January 2, 2013, the lessee of the instant commercial building No. 103 and Defendant D, F, H, I, J, and K paid management expenses from January 201, 201 to the said account, and the Defendant C paid the subsequent management expenses from January 2014 to November 2013.
