Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2014, around 6:30 on June 17, 2014, the Defendant driven Bsch Rexton car under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.127% from the 12km section of approximately 12km to the roads in front of the Changdong Station located in the Changdong of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the roads in front of the apartment complex of the Hoamju 7m-si located in the same city.
