A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On April 10, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties by the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Sungsung Vocational Training Correctional Institution on October 23, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. A special injury Defendant: (a) around 00:50 on December 10, 2019, issued an order for food and alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 30,00,00, such as the remaining cats and beer, from “D” operated by the victim C (the 62-year-old) in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) attempted to walk the victim’s time to be “Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do” and without paying the food value; (c) the victim was demanded to pay the food value; and (d) was her head part of the victim’s head once more; and (d) once the victim’s shoulder part was her hand, the victim’s face was Do Do Do Do Do Do.

The Defendant continued to flee to the door door of the victim by making use of a studio (60 cm in length) which is a dangerous object that the victim could drive away from the door, and caused one time the shoulder of the victim.

As a result, the Defendant carried dangerous things with the victim and inflicted injury on sugars, etc., in which there are two inner bodies in need of medical treatment for about two weeks.

2. The Defendant interfered with business, at the time and place described in paragraph 1, laid the kimchi fachi in the place on the grounds described in paragraph 1, and fachising the victim C as described in paragraph 1, and fachising the above fachis, and the customer E, who observed the above fachis, fachising the Defendant, fachising out of the place without eating food any longer.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the main business of the victim for about 10 minutes by force.
