A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 21, 2020, the Defendant was driving a BJ Ⅲ truck around 18:06, and was driving a four-lane of the bus stop in the vicinity of Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, along four-lanes in front of the bus stops in the "D" bus stops in the vicinity of Sungnam-gu, Seoul. In order to avoid bus stopping on the front side, the Defendant changed the three-lanes to a three-lane in order to avoid the collision.

However, the passenger car driven by the victim E (Nam, 30 years old) who is driving three lanes at the time, tried not to yield the way to the defendant. The defendant, even though there is no sufficient space in the front line, and even though it was a de facto section that is not possible to change a lane, the defendant was forced to leave the front line of the victim's vehicle, and the victim stopped by changing the lane into a two-lane, and the victim stopped by signal signal.

The Defendant stopped on the side of the victim's vehicle, left the window, and left the window while engaging in a dispute with the victim, but, as the signal gets in green, received the front side of the victim's driver's vehicle with the front side of the right side and the front side of the front side of the victim's driver's vehicle, as the signal gets in green.

As a result, the Defendant carried a dangerous cargo vehicle, and inflicted an injury on the victim, such as salt panions that need to be treated for about two weeks, and at the same time damaged the car owned by the victim to be repaired by approximately KRW 2,175,333 of repair cost, such as exchange of pentums.
