Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 500,000, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 25, 2014, around 14:30 on May 25, 2014, Defendant A tried to restrain the victim G, a creditor, and the victim B (the age of 56) accompanied with the creditor, who discussed about the timing and method of repayment of the debt, but failed to reach an agreement.

Accordingly, the defendant gets the victim's Hemn dancing in both hands, cut the neck into his arms, saw the back part as the hand, and put the part as the blue part in his arms.

As a result, the Defendant got around 2 weeks of medical treatment to the victim, such as dump dump sump sump.

2. Defendant B, at the date and place specified in paragraph (1), and on the same grounds as the victim A (the age of 60) and for the foregoing reasons, the two shoulders of the victim were carried in good hands, carried the bridge in hand, cut the victim over the floor, and divided the blue into hand and blue.

As a result, the Defendant got around 2 weeks of medical treatment to the victim, such as dump dump sump sump.
