1. The Defendants: (a) KRW 7,566,66, respectively, and KRW 5% per annum from May 25, 2015 to December 3, 2015, respectively, to the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendants had operated a restaurant in the name of “E” in the name of “E” in Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu.

On January 9, 2015, the Plaintiff and the Defendants concluded a new agreement on the same restaurant business (hereinafter “instant restaurant business”) with the trade name “F” (hereinafter “F”).

The main contents are as follows:

1. On January 1, 2015, the Plaintiff is obligated to invest, install, and jointly manage 37,00,00,000 won, such as Rotterdam and table table (the above amount is recognized by the Defendant). 2. 7. The plaintiff developed with F's satisfaction, Ssamchie, etc., and Lesten is also confidential to the defendants.

The plaintiff shall make every effort to maintain the good and quality of the formal sense.

B. From January 5, 2015, the Plaintiff: (a) requested interior service companies, etc. to perform interior service; and (b) completed the interior service on February 2015.

The Plaintiff and the Defendants opened the instant restaurant on February 3, 2015.

C. The Plaintiff and the Defendants had a dispute over various issues, including the submission of evidentiary data as to whether the Plaintiff actually inputs KRW 37,00,000 at the interior cost, and the procurement of food materials for the instant restaurant.
