Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

피고인은 서울 강북구 B에서 샷시업을 운영하면서 중소기업은행 마들역 지점과 가계수표 거래를 하였다.

On January 2013, the Defendant issued 4 copies of the household check amounting to KRW 12 million in total face value over four occasions, such as the check number E, face value KRW 3 million, date of issuance, and March 31, 2013, at the second floor D companies office of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building, respectively.

After issuing the check as above, the Defendant presented it for payment to the said branch within the date of presentment of the check, but did not pay for the shortage of deposit.
