Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2015, at around 02:00, the Defendant was in the Ccafeteria parking lot located in Daegu Suwon-gu B, Daegu-gu, 112, and was in the patrol when the E (48 years of age) of the D District of the Daegu Suwon Police Station, the victim who was dispatched to the site after receiving a 112 report, was in the Defendant’s residence and was in the Defendant’s dwelling. On the same day, around 02:10, the Defendant was in the front of the G convenience store located in the Daegu Suwon-gu F, Daegu-gu, and was in the patrol.

In addition, the Defendant publicly insultd the victim by referring to the following expressions: “Is the fluor’s democratic police,” “Is the fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor,” “H is a fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s fluor’s flu
