Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 01:30 on December 25, 2016, at the main point of “E” operated by the victim D (n, 64 years of age); (b) on the ground that the victim opened the door late, the victim was boomed with the victim, and the Defendant’s person was tightly, and boomed with the victim’s breath; (c) in his hand, the Defendant dumpeded the victim’s breath; and (d) dump, which is a dangerous object located adjacent to the entrance, and displayed the head’s part toward the victim’s head.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
