1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The deceased W’s family relationship 1) deceased W (Death on December 31, 1959) married with the deceased X (Death on October 5, 1931), and between them, the deceased Y (Death on October 3, 1957), the network Z (Death on March 6, 1928), the network AA (Death on April 25, 1937), the network AB [the termination of the period of disappearance on August 20, 2010 (the expiration of the period of disappearance on April 30, 1954)], the deceased AC (Death on March 5, 1957), the network AD (Death on March 15, 194) (Death on March 15, 194), and the deceased’s children were determined as the deceased’s children’s children under the latter W’s ex officio and without the consent of the deceased on March 128, 194.”
2) On August 8, 1961, the network AE resumed with the network AG and left AH, AI, and AJ as its children. The network AG died on February 1, 1979, and on September 27, 2010, the network AE died on September 3, 1997.) The Plaintiff reported death on December 10, 1997.
4) On December 7, 2009, the Plaintiff filed a petition for adjudication of disappearance with Jeju District Court 2009Hun-Ma631, and on July 27, 2010, the said court rendered a judgment that “The deceasedB declared missing on April 30, 1954 when the period of disappearance expires.” The said judgment became final and conclusive on August 20, 2010. (b) On August 20, 2010, the transaction status of the real estate owned by the deceased W 1,818 square meters (hereinafter “the instant land 1”) before AK in Jeju (hereinafter “the instant land 1”) was registered on August 1, 1913 (Seoul Two years), and the registration of the transfer of ownership was made on July 13, 1918 (Seoul High Court 75, May 7, 195) and was made on July 13, 197, Defendant 197.
Since then, on March 2, 197 with respect to the land of this case, the transfer registration for ownership was completed to AM on May 12, 1978, to AO and AP on September 26, 1981, to Q Q on October 20, 1982, and to the Korea Land Corporation on January 20, 197.
