1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 14, 2009, the Plaintiff and Defendant A entered into an insurance contract indicated in attached Form 1 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with Defendant B (Defendant A’s mother) as the insured.

B. (1) On November 30, 2009, Defendant B received hospitalized treatment for 16 days from 18 days from 30 November 30, 2009 to 17 August 2016, as shown in attached Table 2, for the total of 18 days from 18 days from 30 November 30, 2009 to 316 days from the date of occurrence of an insured incident and payment of the Plaintiff’s insurance proceeds.

(2) In accordance with the instant insurance contract, the Plaintiff paid KRW 15,099,300 of the insurance proceeds to Defendant B, as shown in attached Table 2.

Among the insurance contracts with Defendant B as the insured, and the insurance contracts whose daily days of hospitalization are guaranteed due to disease, which are maintained at the time of the instant insurance contracts or which are concluded after the instant insurance contracts, and the insurance proceeds received by Defendant B are as follows:
