On August 21, 2015, at around 20:30 on August 21, 2015, the Defendant driven B rocketing car in the state of 0.127% alcohol concentration in blood with approximately 1km from the street in front of the Yanyang-gun Cheongyang-gun Cheongyang-gun Cheongyang-gun Cheongyang-gu Cheongyang-gu Cheongyang-do, Cheongyang-do to the Yan-do Do Do Do Do at the same Eup wall located in the same Do Do Do.
