Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while residing in Daegu-gu B, 503, the 2014 High 843, is an employer who has operated a building business by employing the number of daily workers at the construction site of a private teaching institute located in Sejong-si.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred, unless there exist any special reasons.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay 490,500 won of February 14, 2013 to workers D who worked from February 17, 2013 to February 17, 2013 at the above site without agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment date.

The Defendant made a false statement to the victim G on September 19, 2012, stating that “The Defendant would pay 1,420,000 won at the cost of the construction of the NM E in Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, stating that “The Defendant would pay 1,420,000 won at the cost of the construction of the NMM E in order to pay for the construction cost to the other party for the debt amounting to 30,000 won.”

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, had the victim do construction work for the installation of a Blue cooperation duct and did not pay the construction cost of KRW 1,420,00,000, thereby acquiring pecuniary benefits equivalent to that amount.

The Defendant is an employer who resided in Daegu-gu B and 503, and engages in a building business by employing two daily workers at the construction site at the H-si site in Daegu-gun, H-gun, Daegu-gun, and employs two construction workers.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred, unless there exist any special reasons.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, who served in the above field and retired on January 14, 2012, extended the payment deadline of KRW 400,000 for each wage of January 14, 2012, and KRW 800,000 for money and valuables.
