A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 10, 2015, at around 11:20, the Defendant cut off the warehouse door which was locked to be used as a warehouse for the collection of agricultural and livestock products, leased by the victim D, who was in Gangnam Iron, and cut off the warehouse door to the warehouse, and intruded into the structure managed by the victim.
