A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 27, 2012, at around 06:40, the Defendant told the victims of the foregoing D to “defluenced”, the Defendant left the victim E (22 years old), the victim F (22 years old), the victim G (21 years old), the victim H (19 years old), and the victim H (19 years old) with a large sound.
