1. On March 5, 2012, Defendant AK issued a Daegu District Court Daegu District Court 2046m2 with respect to the Plaintiff’s Daegu Dong-gu AL field 2046m2.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiff is a clan formed with AC 19 years of age as a joint set of AC B.
B. On July 29, 1967, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on July 24, 1967 by the Daegu District Court No. 13670, under the name of Defendant K and AM, NN, AO, and the Daegu District Court No. 13670 on July 29, 1967.
C. On October 12, 2011, Defendant K filed a lawsuit to the effect that “The instant land was originally purchased by Defendant KK and delegated the registration procedure to AP, and that “The registration of ownership transfer registration with respect to AM, N, and AO, among the instant real estate, should be cancelled because AP voluntarily registered the instant land with Defendant KK and Licensed AM, N, and AO (Seoul District Court Decision 2011Da69159).” On February 3, 2012, Defendant K filed the lawsuit to the effect that “The instant land was purchased by Defendant K, AM, N, and AO,” and “AP” became final and conclusive on the ground that the registration of ownership transfer registration with respect to ownership transfer with respect to AM, N, and AO shares among the instant real estate was cancelled.”
Based on the above final judgment, Defendant AK completed the procedure for the registration of change of ownership by the owner of the entire land of this case as Defendant AK under Article 7957 of the above registry office on March 5, 2012.
