1. The Defendants are the Changwon District Court with respect to the Plaintiff of 1,446 square meters of H field 7,164 square meters of 7,164 square meters in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

1. The indication I (the death of May 20, 191) of the claim completed the provisional registration on May 18, 1982 with the Changwon District Court Gohapcheon-gun, Changcheon-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City under the receipt No. 5025 on May 19, 1982, with respect to 1,446 square meters, among 7,164 square meters of H field 7,164 square meters, for the reason of the pre-sale agreement, and did not exercise the right to complete the pre-sale until ten years after the pre-sale agreement was established.

Therefore, since the above provisional registration is null and void, the Defendants, the deceased I’s heir, are obligated to implement the procedure for cancellation registration of the above provisional registration to the Plaintiff.

2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
