Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 4, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) friendship with C, D, E, and F on May 21, 2014, at the H party room located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, “H party room”, and E, from the victim I (Nam, 34 years of age) who was a guest with the Gu for the reason that he did not have a card settlement, had a view to “Is much flicking and flicking and making it difficult for the Defendant to go against the victim I’s hand, etc., and continued to go as a documentary check by the victim J (Nam, 49 years of age).

Accordingly, D, as the above victim's J, assaulted against D by satising either party and party joints, and threatening D to satis. F, by hand, satisfing the fat of the said victim's I by hand, the Defendant satisfing the said victim's I by his arms, and C reached several backs of the said victim's J as both drinking.

As a result, the Defendant, in collaboration with C, D, E, and F, inflicted injury on the victim I's losses, etc. during treatment days, and inflicted injury on the victim J for about two weeks of treatment, such as 2 feet and per unit salt, etc.

2. The Defendant interfered with his duties, along with C, D, E, and F, assaulted I and J as above at the same time and at the same place as C, D, E, and F, and Doing up to about 30 minutes, such as assaulting I and J as an employee of the party room, and hinginginging against the employees of K and the party room, and hinginging.

Accordingly, in collusion with C, D, E, and F, the Defendant interfered with the operation of the party room by force of the victim L, the owner of the business.
