If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 18, 2013, around 23:09, the Defendant driven B vehicles with blood alcohol concentration of about 0.119% from the 1km section to the front road of the light underground car, as long as it is located in the Triju-si from the road where it is impossible to find out the circulation located in the Goyang-gu U.S. Sinsan-si, Goyang-si.
