The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The main point of the grounds for appeal is that the sentence (3 million won in penalty) imposed by the court below on the defendant is too unreasonable.

2. The Defendant recognized and reflected the instant crime.

It is not much the number of transferred access media, and there is no economic benefit that the defendant has actually acquired due to the crime of this case.

It seems that the health condition of the defendant is good, and the economic situation seems difficult.

After committing the instant crime, the Defendant applied for the suspension of payment on his own against the transferred account.

However, there is a need to strictly cope with the crimes such as this case, since they not only impede the reliability of the safety performance of electronic financial transactions, but also are abused to various illegal acts such as Bosing frauds, etc.

In fact, the access media transferred by the defendant was used to commit fraud, resulting in the victim.

Although the Defendant had been sentenced to the suspension of indictment due to the violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, such as the instant case, in 2011, it is highly likely to criticize the instant crime.

Considering the circumstances favorable to the defendant sufficiently, the lower court appears to have determined the punishment by partially reducing the amount of a summary order, and there is no change in circumstances that could reduce the punishment of the lower court in the first instance.

In addition, considering the Defendant’s age, sexual conduct, motive and background leading to the instant crime, circumstances after the instant crime, and criminal records as a whole, all of the sentencing conditions indicated in the instant pleadings, such as the criminal defendant’s age, sexual intercourse, etc., the Defendant’s assertion is not acceptable on the grounds that the sentence imposed by the lower court is too unreasonable.

3. As such, the defendant's appeal is dismissed on the ground that it is without merit.
