A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around December 201, the Defendant, D, E, F, and G copied the credit card using credit card information and a credit card reproduction device in the name of the non-foreigners in the name of the Defendant’s Ha, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and the Defendant, D, E, F, and E were gathered to divide them into 45%, 45%, 45%, and 10%, and E were to divide them.

Accordingly, the Defendant shared the role of providing equipment, credit card information, all expenses, D as a credit card reproduction technician, the role of directly reproducing credit cards, F and E as a franchise store using a reproduced card, and G shared the role of providing a card terminal and a reproduced card.
