1. Defendant C:

(a) for the real estate listed in paragraph 1 of the Schedule, the District Court of India;

Reasons

1. Indication of claim;

A. The relevant Plaintiffs are co-owners of each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant land”) with 1/2 shares, and the Defendants are those who have concluded a sales contract with the Plaintiffs on the instant land.

B. On February 24, 2015, the Plaintiffs entered into a sales contract with Defendant C on each of the lands listed in paragraphs (1) through (5) of the attached Table. On March 2, 2015, the Plaintiffs entered into a sales contract with Defendant D to immediately pay the down payment for each of the lands listed in paragraphs (5) through (10) of the attached Table, on the date of the contract, and to pay the remainder on the balance date.

C. The Defendants delayed the payment of the purchase price have some difficulty in preparing the down payment, so once they first proposed that they would pay the purchase price as collateral, and accordingly, they completed the registration of ownership transfer for the instant land on March 6, 2015, and on March 23, 2015, Defendant D completed the registration of ownership transfer for the instant land.
