Indictment
1. On August 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) in front of D, located in Daejeon Central-gu Daejeon, Daejeon on August 3, 2015; (b) “The elderly convalescent hospital is closed and the elderly convalescent hospital is garmented.”
E 교장과 남편 F의 합작품인가 메 르스 급 막말 교장 E은 당장 G 학교를 떠나라!! 남편 F은 진실을 밝혀 라!” 라는 내용이 기재된 피켓을 들고 약 15 분간 1 인 시위를 하였다.
2. On August 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on the street in front of the peace of the Daejeon District Office of Education in the Seosan-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon; and (b) “Is the end of the class and the elderly convalescent hospital,” the Defendant called the garnch

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim E by openly pointing out facts.
According to the record of the reasons for innocence, the victim E, who was the principal of G school on May 18, 2015, may be included in the subject of school consolidation in small-scale schools after the open conference with the total of 18 principals of the five district 9 schools in D including G schools and the total of 18 operating chairpersons of the five districts in D, including G schools.
G Schools are deemed to have a good surrounding environment to be a place for medical care for senior citizens.
