When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who produces manure from livestock on a site of 1,380 square meters in a Nam-gun B farm site.

Any person who intends to engage in a business of producing, selling, or distributing free of charge fertilizers in order to maintain and improve agricultural productivity through preserving the quality of fertilizers and ensuring smooth supply, demand, and price stability, and to protect an agricultural environment, shall register the business of producing fertilizers to the competent Gun office.

Nevertheless, on August 24, 2016, the Defendant violated the Fertilizer Management Act by spraying the quantity of 15 to 15 to 120,000 won per truck with 2.5 to 120,000 to 120,000 won.
