Criminal facts

On August 6, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud at the Daejeon District Court on February 10, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 10, 201.

C, D, and E embezzled an amount equivalent to KRW 765,66 million at the market price of the nine buses that were leased from Hyundai Macks social, and the six buses that were the object of the rights of the Geum Life Insurance Co., Ltd. and the Daewoo Capital Co., Ltd. (the amount equivalent to KRW 1.32,000,000,000) were married due to the fact that they committed an offense subject to a fine or heavier punishment, such as selling the remaining amount at the intermittent value and obstructing the exercise of rights, etc., and the defendant was well aware of such fact.

On July 17, 2008, the Defendant: (a) around the Korean Armed Forces Resting Zone located in the Seosung-dong, Daejeon, the Defendant: (b) provided the G mobile phone that was under the name of F for the escape of the police investigation to C; and (c) concealed the offender by having C and E who was under the escape of the police investigation from the end of July 2008 to September 2008 by committing the above crime and leaving C and E who were under the escape of the police investigation.

On July 17, 2008, the Defendant: (a) around the Korean Armed Forces Recreation-dong, the Defendant: (b) provided the I mobile phone that was in flight of the police investigation to D who was under the name of F to escape; and (c) used the I mobile phone that was in flight of the police investigation to escape.
