A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny and attempted larceny;

A. From around 04:00 on May 30, 2015 to 05:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) stored the Victim E, who was divingd in the “Druping Dorat C” located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, with a 900,000 won at the victim’s market price (IM-A890S) located on the floor, and stolen it.

B. On June 5, 2015, at around 20:13, the Defendant: (a) laid in “G” located in “G” located in “Seoul Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu; (b) laid the Defendant’s belongings on the tables; and (c) took a gallon 4 LTE-A Smartphone (SHV-E30K), cash 12,000 won in a market value equivalent to KRW 90,000,000 in which the victim owns, and stolen it.

C. On June 18, 2015, at around 06:00, the Defendant entered the cafeteria operated by the Victim J in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, through a wooden door that was not corrected, and then cut off cash of KRW 2,000, which was the victim’s possession.

On June 19, 2015, at around 00:49, the Defendant: (a) left the locks of gas stations in order to steals, which were operated by the victim M in Daegu Northern L, so as to steals cash, and did not commit an attempted crime because the locks were not destroyed.

E. On June 19, 2015, the Defendant posted a bC-620 won (BC-620) equivalent to 63,500 won at the market price of the victim, which was suffering from the display stand, in Qua operated by the victim P in Daegu-gu P, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, on a temporary basis, and stolen it.

F. On June 23, 2015, around 02:36, the Defendant attempted to steals cash by means of the method described in the above Paragraph (d), but failed to destroy locks.

G. On June 25, 2015, the Defendant is in possession of at least 02:31 on June 25, 2015, in order to steals cash to N stations operated by the Victim M.
