When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2016, the Defendant appeared as a witness of the Cheongju District Court No. 1 in Cheongju District Court No. 53, Cheongju District Court No. 1, 2015, Gohap 10243.

1. The Defendant testified in the above court that the Plaintiff’s attorney’s “ thereby, the Plaintiff C was not introduced in KRW 186,00,000,00” to the Plaintiff’s attorney’s “for example.”

However, the defendant introduced the above land in KRW 180,000,000, and was aware that he introduced the above land in KRW 180,000 even at the time of the testimony.

2. In the above court, Defendant C purchased the land of this case in gold KRW 186,00,000,000 from the Plaintiff’s attorney at the above court

The Plaintiff testified to the effect that the actual owner of the said land was acting in trust in the name of C or E, on the ground that the Plaintiff’s testimony as “for example” and continued to purchase the Plaintiff’s attorney’s “for example,” and that the actual owner of the said land was acting in trust in the name of C or E.

However, it was true that the Defendant testified from C and testified as above when he did not know accurately about the actual ownership relationship of the above land.

3. The Defendant testified in the above court that “after the Plaintiff purchased the instant land, the Plaintiff testified as “for example,” the question whether the Plaintiff and her husband F was required to fill up the work.”

However, the fact was that the Defendant was aware of the Defendant’s embling work from F and considered to have performed F embling work, but was not aware of whether F and C embling work.

Accordingly, the defendant made a false statement contrary to his memory and raised perjury.
