Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 24, 2016, the Defendant of defamation: (a) on December 24, 2016, despite the passage of the merchants and people from the neighboring market in the city of Busan, the head of Embezzlement, namely, the resignation of the head of Embezzlement.

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out facts.

2. On December 25, 2016, the Defendant’s defamation damaged the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out facts by engaging in a demonstration on the street in front of the above C market in the manner referred to in paragraph (1) of the said paragraph at around December 25, 2016.

3. On December 27, 2016, the Defendant damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out facts by conducting a demonstration with one pocketet at the entrance of the Western Education Support Agency located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan around December 27, 2016, in the manner described in paragraph (1) above, at the exit of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and by stating the fact.

4. On January 1, 2017, the Defendant’s defamation, around January 1, 2017, destroyed the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out facts by engaging in a demonstration consisting of one pocketet in front of the above C market in the same manner as that of paragraph 1.

5. On January 8, 2017, the Defendant’s defamation, around January 8, 2017, destroyed the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out facts by engaging in a demonstration with one pocketet in front of the above C market in the manner referred to in paragraph (1) of the said paragraph.

6. On January 15, 2017, the Defendant’s defamation, around January 15, 2017, destroyed the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out facts by conducting a demonstration with one pocketet in front of the above C market in the manner referred to in paragraph (1) of the said paragraph.
