1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 1, 2016, around 09:22, the Defendant: (a) filed complaints against the noise problem between the ordinary victim and the second floor of the victim D in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul and the second floor; (b) and (c) heard by neighboring residents, such as E, while the victim was suffering from supply and demand of basic living after around 2013, the Defendant was significantly sounded “FDz of the recipients of basic living.”
