Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2012 Gohap614] Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of one year, short of ten months, July 19, 2002 with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. in the Seoul District Court’s branch on March 17, 2000, and five years from the Seoul District Court’s branch on July 19, 2002. On August 27, 2009, Defendant B was sentenced to three years from imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in the Seoul District Court’s Seoul District Court’s branch on March 21, 2012.
【Criminal Facts】
1. The Defendants, together with G, H, I, and J, had the mobile phone sales agency stolen the mobile phone at the mobile phone sales agency, and Defendant A moved Defendant B, G, H, I, and J to the vehicle to the place of crime, and Defendant B opened the door of the sales agency of the mobile phone with the network of G, and conspired to enter H, I, and J into the agency to hold the mobile phone.
