Punishment of the crime

On June 6, 2014, at around 21:09, the Defendant driven a freight vehicle under Bribe while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.275%, without obtaining a driver's license, from the re-building site of the 13th in the direction-gun of Busan to the roads in front of the Korean Oil Industry located in about 188, a day-to-day, U.S., U.K. in the front of the Korean Oil Industry.
