Punishment of the crime

On May 5, 2012, from around 01:00 to around 01:10 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the operation of the bus by the victim by blocking the front of the bus vehicle C23 operated by the victim B on the road in the direction of south of the bus exclusive route in front of the Hanyang-si Hospital, the Hanyang-si Hospital located in 249 Guri-si, Guri-si, Seoul, from around 01:0 to around 01:10 on the same day.
