A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 7, 2014.

1. On September 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 21:30, the victim D operated by Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gangdong-gu “Eum Points”; (b) even if the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the drinking value, he acted as if he would normally pay the drinking value; and (c) ordered beer and beer, ordering beer and beer, thereby deceiving F, an employee of the victim; and (d) received 10,000,000 won of the market value of the victim’s ownership from F.

2. At around 12:00 on November 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) in the first multilateral bank operated by the Victim H in Guri-si, G, even though he did not have the intent or ability to pay the alcohol value; (b) acted as if he would normally pay the alcohol value; and (c) ordered coffee, alcohol, and he received a delivery from the victim of the victim of the instant lawsuit, 20,000 won in total, 10,000 won in market value.

3. On November 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00, at Lda operated by the Victim K in Gui-siJ, the Defendant acted as if he would normally pay the alcohol value; (b) and (c) ordered coffee and alcohol, thereby deceiving the victim; and (c) received from the victim a coffee, cans, four cans, and fruit, etc. equivalent to the total market value of 50,000 won.

4. At around 20:50 on November 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was issued from P with 7 beer and Saljus equivalent to the total market value of KRW 1.50,000,000 in total, by deceiving P, an employee of the victim; (b) by failing to express his/her intent or ability to pay the alcohol value; (c) acting as if he/she would pay the alcohol value in a normal manner; and (d) ordering an alcoholic beverage, he/she was issued from P to him/her.
