1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A’E Federation has an office in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government FB101, and is an organization in charge of and holding nationwide G Games, and Defendant A has been engaged in the duties of operating expenses and subsidies management as the secretariat of the said organization around February 18, 201 to March 18, 201.
A. (1) The Korean Sport and Olympic Committee (the Korean Sport and Olympic Committee for Sports) related to occupational embezzlement (1) held that the Korean Sport and Olympic Committee for Sports Promotion (the Korean Sport and Olympic Committee for Sports Promotion) was held in May of each year in charge of the nationwide physical character of sports clubs, and the E Federation has received operating expenses, etc. from the Korean Sport and Olympic Committee for Sports Promotion while taking charge of the sports operation of the said sports group G.
The defendant did not attend the above competitions, and the defendant did not want to receive the allowance of the inspector concerned in cash and to arbitrarily consume it.
The Defendant returned KRW 5,40,000 from May 23, 2013 to May 26, 2013 the sum of allowances for three members, including H, who were registered as a participating personnel at the “National Living Sports World Games” held in the Ansan-dong Sports Center located in the Dong-dong city, which was held by the Defendant from May 23, 2013 to May 26, 201, from the said Federation, 5,000 won was refunded from I, a director of the said Federation, and from August 21, 2014 to 24,000 won, the sum of allowances for four members, such as J, who were registered as participating in the “National Sports World Games” held in the said Federation from around May 14, 2015 to around July 17, 2015, which was not returned to 200,000 won, such as the total allowances for 20,000 won, to be paid to the said Federation.
