1. Details of the disposition;

A. On July 10, 2013, the Plaintiff filed a claim with the Defendant for the disclosure of information on “the part, other than personal information, in civil and administrative litigations filed by the public against the Government District Prosecutors’ Office” (hereinafter “instant information”).

B. On July 19, 2013, the Defendant issued a rejection disposition against the Plaintiff on the ground that the instant information constitutes information subject to non-disclosure under Article 9(1)3 through 6 of the former Official Information Disclosure Act (amended by Act No. 11991, Aug. 6, 2013; hereinafter “Information Disclosure Act”).

2. Determination on this safety defense

A. The Defendant’s main defense against the Defendant’s defense against the disclosure of information that the Plaintiff filed between January 21, 201 and January 21, 2014 is 155 cases in total, and 11.8% in total among 1,304 cases in the nationwide information disclosure claim lawsuit during the same period, ② the Plaintiff shows a winning rate of about 87% in the above lawsuit, but the Plaintiff does not receive information after winning the lawsuit. ③ The Plaintiff actively claims excessive costs of lawsuit, ③ The Plaintiff is filing a lawsuit claiming multiple information disclosure claims for litigation, including actively appointing the unnecessary attorney, while the Plaintiff actively appoints the unnecessary attorney. ④ The Plaintiff is still serving a final and conclusive judgment of conviction of the Defendant’s imprisonment, and the Plaintiff is serving a total of 55 times from December 9, 2011 to July 23, 2013 (average 10.78). The Plaintiff is filing a lawsuit to avoid the Plaintiff’s defense of information disclosure to the court as above.
