The defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to convert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service, etc. according to the classification of mountainous district prescribed by Presidential Decree and its use.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not obtain permission from the Minister of the Korea Forest Service, etc. to convert a quasi-preserved mountainous district with a total of 980 square meters from May 28, 2020 to May 30, 202, and cut and filled the ground in Innju City B from May 28, 202 to create a cemetery.
