On September 22, 2014, at around 22:30, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with approximately 3km of alcohol content 0.170%, from the roads near the restaurant located in the Southern-gu, Ulsan-do to the roads in front of the park cemetery located in the same Gu-dong.
