Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 15, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year at the Daegu District Court for the crime of conflict, etc. and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 18, 2016.

No person shall be allowed to do any act lying, sitting or standing on a road in a manner likely to obstruct the traffic.

On August 6, 2015, the Defendant committed an act that interferes with traffic by spreading approximately 10 minutes on the front of the D urban bus, which operates the location on the one-lane road located in Yong-do, Youngcheon-do, at approximately 17:10 minutes.
