Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who, without trade name, intrudes a large number of unspecified people in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B.

A person, other than a medical person, is prohibited from providing medical services, and a medical person is also prohibited from providing medical services other than those licensed.
