Punishment of the crime

On January 22, 2018, around 23:18, the Defendant driven a knife vehicle with alcohol content of 0.108% while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 1 Km from the front of the restaurant in which it is impossible to identify the circulation near the Seocho-gu Seoul Western Station, Seocho-gu, Seoul to the front of the same 163 street.
