1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. As of May 2013, the Defendants were the members of the K Housing Reconstruction Improvement Project Association (hereinafter “SU”) and L was scheduled to establish a company called “M” corporation for convenience.

B. On May 2013, the Defendants and L entered into a business service agreement (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the project owner as “representative Defendants of an overseas partnership,” and the recipient as “M (representative L).”

1. Project owner: The Defendants representing the non-party partnership (hereinafter referred to as “A”);

2. Recipients: M (hereinafter referred to as "B");

3. Name of a service contract: Holding of a general meeting of the non-party association and conducting delegated affairs.

4. Amount of service: Other expenses incurred in conducting affairs other than a written estimate (see a written estimate) at a general meeting.

5. Term of the service contract: The purpose of this contract is to clarify the necessary rights and obligations between A and B in relation to the progress of the general meeting of the non-party association and other duties delegated by B, which is performed by the non-party association according to the entrustment of A, from the execution date of the contract to the completion date of the liquidation of the non-party association

Article 2 (Contract Documents) Contract documents shall consist of the following documents and shall have the effect of mutual supplement:

1. The amount of service shall be based on the amount specified in the service contract, but settle the accounts after the general meeting of the non-party association.
