Punishment of the crime

On January 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and a community service order of 120 hours for one year for a violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. and the Juvenile Protection Act, and the judgment on February 6, 2013 was finalized.

1. No person who violates the Juvenile Protection Act shall openly distribute leaflets that are media products harmful to juveniles to the public at places where the public pass;

Nevertheless, around 21:00 on September 14, 2012, the Defendant distributed a large quantity of leafletss, which are media products harmful to juveniles, containing the words “10.5cm wide, 6.5cm long, women’s reflectrs”, “1st, 1st, 24OPEN, 24OPEN, and B”, along with women’s reflect photographs, at a street travelling in front of the exit of the general public at 7-1, 1st subway station in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
